Pneumatic solenoid valves are one of the many types of solenoid valves .
It will inevitably fail When useing for a long time.
It is not a product quality problem, but a malfunction caused by improper use.

1. The pneumatic solenoid valve is not sealed, clear or replace the oil seal first;
2. Exclude the pressure of the cylinder itself, and connect the pressure gauge to the oil outlet directly.
If the pressure is normal, it is a problem of the actuator.
3. Oil leakage or oil leakage between the fuel tank and the valve block, the ring is worn or broken, please check and replace the O-ring.
4. Oil leakage or oil leakage between the motor back cover or the motor and the valve block
5. The oil at the high pressure of the valve block is leaked, and the motor is removed.
If yes, notify the manufacturer to replace the entire power unit;
6, electrical connection error, Please check and correct wiring;
7. Start the switch to burn out, cut off the power, and replace the start switch;
8. The AC contactor burns out, the power is checked, and the AC contactor is replaced.
9, the system noise is too large
10. There is air in the system, and it works continuously several times to eliminate air;
11. The coupling is not properly installed or worn, inspected and reinstalled or replaced;
12. Do not work under extreme pressure for a long time, and stop working when the relief valve begins to overflow.
