1.The control panel and electrical switchboard should be made of iron plate or high-quality insulation material, steel plate (thickness 1.2 ~ 2.0mm) or flame retardant insulation material.
2. The control panel and electrical switchboard should be installed firmly to facilitate operation and maintenance. The entrance and exit of the power distribution equipment should be located at the lower exit of the box.
3. The power switch should be provided with short circuit protection and overload protection, and its rating and action set value should be compatible with its load.
4. The electrical control panel shall be provided with short circuit, overload protection devices and leakage protection devices. The selection of rated leakage operating parameters should meet the following requirements:
(1) The rated leakage working current of the leakage protector in the total control box is 50 ~ 100mA, and the rated leakage working time is greater than 0.1s.
(2) The rated leakage working current of the leakage protector in the electrical control box is not greater than 30mA, and the rated leakage working time is not greater than 0.1s. When used in a humid place, the rated leakage working current shall not exceed 15mA, and the rated leakage working time shall not exceed 0.1s.
5. The power distribution lines on the control box should be numbered and identified for use.
6. The distance between the appliance and the switchboard must not exceed 3 meters, and the distance between the extension and the switchboard must not exceed 30 meters.
7. During line maintenance, the power outage sign should be hung, stop and be responsible to the personnel of the transmission line.
